Job Description

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Services team in Skaneateles, NY with $27/hr pay for a 1 year contract (potential Temp to Perm) . This position serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking Repair, Calibration, and Service support for our products. From the initial inquiry to final remittance, you will ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-centric process across all service touchpoints. APPLY NOW!

 

Schedule : Monday to Friday (8AM-4PM/5PM)

Setup: Hybrid - in office about 3x a week. You will need to be onsite every day for the first few weeks of training. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage customer requests related to service, including quotations, RMA creation, order entry, and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate the repair and calibration process, including product assessment, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Deliver timely follow-up and maintain clear communication for orders requiring additional information or documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain, Engineering, Account Management) to meet service and delivery expectations
  • Use SAP to manage order processing, track product delivery, and coordinate with production sites for both domestic and international orders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and responsiveness
  • Log and manage customer interactions in Salesforce.com, including account and contact updates
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) policies, International Trade Controls, and all other legal and ethical requirements
  • Take full ownership of commercial operations transactions from inquiry through invoicing

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • Associate degree OR high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of experience in industrial services or a similar support role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Care or Service Support, preferably in an industrial or technical setting
  • Familiarity with commercial terms such as incoterms, payment terms, and T&Cs
  • Experience with SAP (order processing, quotations, invoicing) and Salesforce.com or Deal Machine
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with data reports
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
