Employment Type: Full-Time

Hourly Pay Range: $32 – $55

This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining generators in commercial and residential environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and residential generators.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and schematics to identify issues.
• Provide detailed service documentation and communicate repair needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must live within 50 miles of Midland, TX .
• 3+ years of generator repair experience.
• Must have clean driving record
• Must pass drug screening test

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) .
• Experience with Load Bank Testing .
