Job Description

The Outside Utility Laborer is responsible for maintaining, repairing and cleaning Western Village outside property, including greenscapes, parking lots and outer buildings.
Duties:
Maintain all landscaping by ensuring all bushes, trees, etc. are well groomed and presentable.
Ensure parking lots and pathways are clear and free of debris.
Preventative maintenance and use of equipment to include weed whackers, leaf blowers and snow removal equipment.
Maintain a constant awareness of safety problems and fix and report unsafe conditions to management.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age.
Valid Nevada driver’s license that has been active for at least one year.
Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Organized, flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
