Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Offer insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Maintain customer records and update necessary documentation.
Work independently to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Must obtain necessary insurance licensing (candidates cover their own licensing costs).
Prior customer service or sales experience is beneficial but not required.
