Job Summary:

We are seeking a Staffing Account Specialist with a proven track record in recruiting and sales to join our team. This role requires a high-energy professional who thrives on building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sales within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Source, screen and place top talent in client organizations.
  • Partnering with clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Conducting interviews and screenings.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Assist with coordinating job fairs and training session.
  • Proven history of handling high volume recruiting for multiple positions.
  • Answering phones and greeting walk-in clients.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the staffing and talent acquisition space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Assist Director of Sales in contract negotiations and pricing to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Five or more years experience in recruiting and staffing sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience with ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
