Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with strong experience in C# and React for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, APIs, and system integrations.
• Develop solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform and on-premises environments.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality code on schedule.
• Contribute to the development of responsive, user-friendly web applications.
• Write secure code that defends against common vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous integration/deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience in the .NET ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# .
• Strong working knowledge of React .
• Familiarity with SQL database design and querying.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation, including Swagger/OpenAPI support.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio and Azure Web Apps .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote work environments.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development tools like Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Angular or Redux .
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases, DocumentDB, or GraphDB.
• Awareness of WCAG/ADA accessibility standards .
• Knowledge of common web security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
• Experience with PowerBI , Domo , or other reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS , ASP.NET , and .NET 6+ .
• Background in data modeling and integration of external APIs (JSON, REST).
