Job Description
As a server, you will be the face of the guest experience, guiding diners through our menu, providing attentive and knowledgeable service, and ensuring every visit is memorable. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain high service standards and deliver a seamless dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere
Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food, beverages, and specials
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy of orders
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve issues quickly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tables
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
