We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to become an integral part of our team. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and necessary documentation.
Prepare financial status and transaction reports, including profit and loss statements.
Review accounts and financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
Assist with audits, ensuring compliance with standard accounting procedures.
Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis to maintain accurate financial records.
Perform analysis on specific General Ledger accounts, comparing budgeted to actual reports.
Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other departments to address financial concerns.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including consolidations.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA license is required.
At least 10 years of accounting experience, with a preference for senior or management-level experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Remote Work: Not available for this position
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 80,000.00 120,000.00 Per Year
