As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Aspe-South LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for performing various data entry tasks, such as entering and updating information in databases, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining electronic records. This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently input data into electronic databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and correct data to ensure its accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic records of data.
• Review and proofread data for errors or duplications.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancy.
• Prioritize and manage your workload to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection guidelines.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of database management is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in data.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with data protection policies and guidelines.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
