The Primary Coach, Career Prep team is a critical front-line role responsible for guiding a cohort of undergraduate Fellows through the MLT Career Prep program. In this role, you will support Fellows in developing the skills, experiences, and confidence needed to secure top-tier internships and full-time roles across MLTâs employer partners.
As a Primary Coach, you will collaborate closely with Fellows, Track Directors, corporate partner liaisons, and internal program staff to ensure that each Fellow is progressing through the curriculum and meeting key milestones. Success in this role means combining high emotional intelligence with a results-oriented approachâholding Fellows accountable, tailoring guidance to individual needs, and identifying talent that aligns with the expectations of top employers. Your ability to coach and empower BIPOC students at pivotal career moments directly contributes to MLTâs mission of advancing racial equity through career and economic mobility.
