Remote Paralegal – Healthcare Industry
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
The Paralegal will assist with litigation support, legal documentation, and coordination related to healthcare and insurance defense matters. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting legal teams in medical malpractice, insurance litigation, or complex healthcare claims , and is comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
· Assist attorneys with case management and litigation tracking
· Conduct research related to medical records, insurance policies, and healthcare regulations
· Coordinate with outside counsel and internal departments on case-related matters
· Maintain confidentiality and manage case files with a high degree of accuracy
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in a paralegal role with focus on insurance defense or medical malpractice
· Strong understanding of litigation processes and healthcare-related legal matters
· Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
· Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
