Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Medical Receptionist at our location in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This role is primarily focused on managing patient interactions in a healthcare setting. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, verifying medical insurance, and obtaining prior authorizations. Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments or personnel. - Organize and schedule patient appointments efficiently. - Verify the accuracy and validity of patient's medical insurance details. - Secure prior authorizations for medical procedures and treatments. - Perform receptionist duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
