Media Buyer – Television Advertising - GG Homes | San Diego, CA Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives on building lasting relationships and turning conversations into results? GG Homes is looking for a high-energy Media Buyer to help us scale our brand by securing strategic television advertising placements across the country. In this relationship-driven, fast-paced role, you’ll negotiate TV airtime, build partnerships with networks, and travel to connect face-to-face with key contacts. Responsibilities: Role Overview: This is a people-first role designed for someone who loves connecting with others and making big-picture moves. As our Media Buyer, you'll work directly with television stations across the U.S. to secure ideal time slots and negotiate terms that drive real return on investment. You’ll represent GG Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm—both remotely and in person—traveling about 20% of the time and spending the remaining 80% in our San Diego headquarters. Key Responsibilities: • Source and negotiate television advertising time slots with national and regional stations • Build and maintain strong relationships with media reps and networks across the country • Collaborate with internal teams to align TV buying strategy with marketing and business goals • Analyze campaign performance and adjust buys to improve outcomes • Travel to key stations, industry events, or in-person meetings approximately 20% of the time • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for all TV advertising buys Qualifications: Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident on the phone and in person • Experience in media buying, advertising, or sales is preferred but not required • Able to travel up to 20% of the time; must be based in or willing to relocate to San Diego • Excellent communicator with strong follow-through and relationship-building ability • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple departments • Highly organized with good instincts for timing, positioning, and brand alignment About Company: Benefits: Unlimited PTOCompetitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, 401(k)Homebuyers Program – we’ll help you become a homeowner!Real Estate License – we’ll pay to make it happen!
