Job Description
Description We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Plymouth, California. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various marketing, administrative, and event-related tasks while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role is primarily office-based, with the potential for remote flexibility as you demonstrate proficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication by responding to inquiries and supporting team members with timely assistance.
- Assist in executing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including managing Mailchimp campaigns from creation to performance analysis.
- Design promotional materials such as flyers and social media posts using Canva to enhance brand visibility.
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress (Avada theme) to ensure an accurate and engaging online presence.
- Generate and implement QR codes for marketing initiatives to improve campaign efficiency.
- Develop surveys using SurveyMonkey and analyze response data to gather actionable insights for events and campaigns.
- Support event coordination by managing online promotional details and assisting with logistics during peak periods.
- Contribute to event planning by handling flexible workloads and ensuring smooth execution of event-related tasks.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements - Proficiency in Canva for designing marketing materials.
- Experience with WordPress, particularly the Avada theme, for website updates.
- Familiarity with QR code generators and their applications in marketing.
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Previous experience with event planning and logistics or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Mailchimp for email campaign management and analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage tasks during busy periods.
