This new role will assist our Staff Accountant & Office Manager in HR and administrative support in areas such as:

• Assisting with recruitment and candidate scheduling
• Processing new hires, including onboarding and offboarding paperwork
• Maintaining employee records and personnel files
• Managing employee benefits administration
• Supporting benefits administration
• Managing employee files and time / attendance records
• Performing general administrative support for our team.

This could be a great opportunity for those who have a few years of experience as an HR Assistant and the desire to grow into an HR Coordinator role (with the right combination of education and experience) - or - those who have a recent degree in business and the desire to break into that first HR role, hoping to grow with a growing company.

The successful candidate will have to:

• Be fascinated by the Sandbox Solar history, culture, team, and vision, and have the ability to share that with an infectious passion
• Possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have great interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with a variety of kinds of personalities
• Love attention to detail
• Be proficient with software and technology. (Experience with Softr and Airtable is a plus)
• Be unfazed by a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

The pay for this role is between $18-$24/hrApplications will be accepted through August 31, 2025
