Want to make $70,000 ? Full or Part-time Hair Stylist. High Volume Salon, Flexible Hours, Established Customer Base for a 20+ year old Salons. 5 Locations Open to Work: Baltimore (Quarry Lake). Elkridge. Ellicott City. Mount Airy. Westminster. Compensation: We are the top 5% of all Great Clips salons in the Greater Philadelphia and Baltimore markets. Something that makes us a little different is that we strive to have the highest "Effective Wage" in the market (base wage, product commissions and tips).  Last week our stylists' average effective wage was $40.52. No one in our company earns less than $30/hour in total. ~ Ongoing training...both virtual and hands-on training. ~ Health insurance offered. ~401k and company match offered. ~ Company paid short term disability insurance (for short term injuries, maternity leave, etc). ~ Free Saturday lunch: Stay fueled and energized throughout the day. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences for hair styling. Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, and styling while adhering to sanitation and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and cosmetology techniques. Assist in retail sales of hair products and services, enhancing the overall client experience. Collaborate with team members to foster a positive salon environment. Requirements: Must have a valid active Maryland Barber or Cosmetology License. Proficient with hot irons, curlers and blow-dryers is helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills.
