Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Anaheim, California. This role involves managing a wide range of financial tasks, including payroll, reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities: - Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. - Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. - Conduct bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions. - Prepare and maintain account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. - Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial records and reporting. - Generate financial reports and summaries for review and decision-making. - Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation. - Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve processes. - Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. - Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. - Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes. - Familiarity with payroll processing and related regulations. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration. - Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial best practices.
