Bittersweet is seeking  Part-Time  employees to work:

• 3rd / Sleep Shift 11:00PM - 8:30AM -- Pay: $10.70 base during sleeping hours (11:00 pm - 6:00AM) - Add 3rd shift differential of $2.50 during awake hours ( 6:00 AM - 8:30AM)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide person-centered supports which requires flexibility, creativity, and commitment
• Work in partnership with participants
• Document service delivery accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Promote communication, choice, independence, socialization, and empowerment for the participants
• Assistance with participant hygiene requirements could include bathing, toileting, and bodily fluids.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess and uses empathy in all actions and interactions
• Effectively work in teams with co-workers and participants
• Ability to express patience in difficult situations
• Exceptional and adaptable oral communication
• High School Diploma / GED
• Valid Driver's License with eligibility to be insured

* No experience necessary; paid training provided. *
