Job Description Identify critical services/verticals within shared GCP/AWS accounts/environments.  Work on migrating identified services to the established "golden path" to mitigate risks associated with shared environments.  Collaborate with the platform initiative to align services with best practices and reduce dependencies on shared resources.  Address issues related to services residing in a single Region, ensuring fault tolerance and resilience against regional failures.  Implement strategies for multi-region redundancy to minimize downtime and enhance the overall availability of critical services. Expertise in maintaining containerized applications using Kubernetes and orchestrating deployments  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct failure scenario analyses and develop robust solutions for single-region dependencies.  Assess and document inconsistencies in Kubernetes (K8s) environments across different verticals.  Collaborate with vertical-specific teams to standardize K8s deployments based on the established "golden path" defined by the platform initiative.  Implement and enforce best practices, ensuring security, reliability, and ease of updates across all K8s environments, etc. Experience using Cloudformation,and AWS resource cli tools/SDKs (AWS cli, eksctl, boto3) We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
