Chick-fil-A - Catering Coordinator

As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will manage the catering team on a daily basis in this full time role, ensuring each shift is prepared and executed flawlessly. Reporting to the Director of Catering and Brand Growth, you will play a crucial role in upholding the Chick-fil-A brand standards and delivering delicious experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare for shift and communicate game plans to Catering Director
• Hold huddles with team members to give specific execution behaviors
• Provide oversight and direction for your area, celebrating successes and correcting errors
• Ensure orders are prepared and ready for guest pick-up/delivery in a timely manner
• Confirm order details for next day orders by 5PM
• Monitor catering phone and pull catering sales data for sales improvement ideas
• Train and grow team members using Pathways and other training materials
• Participate in annual reading program and maintain store cleanliness standards
• Manage break schedules and follow safety/security procedures
• Work a minimum of two Saturdays a month

Additional Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be looking for Full Time Employment
• Clean driving record (No at fault accidents) in past 5 years
