Job Description

24Seven is partnering with one of our cable and internet provider clients who is searching for an Event Brand Ambassador to join their team for an exciting new contract! This role represents the company at community events, trade shows and sponsorship activations.

• Starts ASAP
• Hybrid work environment, traveling onsite in the greater Orlando area to event locations
• 40hrs/week
• $40/hr

Responsibilities & Additional Details:

• Engaging with the public, educating potential customers about our services, collecting leads and delivering a memorable brand experience
• Represent the company professionally at all assigned events, maintaining brand image and a customer-first mindset.
• Engage with event attendees to promote services, answer questions, and build brand awareness.
• Generate qualified leads by collecting customer information through digital or physical registration tools.
• Set up and tear down event booths, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Distribute branded giveaways and promotional items.
• Assist with on-site activations, games, and experiences to increase booth traffic and customer interaction.
• As needed, capture photos and content for internal social media and marketing teams.
• Track event attendance, generate leads, and make general observations to provide feedback for future improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to execute event plans effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized event area, following brand guidelines and safety protocols.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings, and occasionally travel to local/regional events.

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of prior Event Management/Brand Ambassador Experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 30-40lbs. (event set up/take down)
